Elke partner heeft een specifieke rol in het project. Ze zijn echter alle betrokken in de ontwikkeling van de diensten voor werknemers, werkgevers, (para)medici, coachen en HR-medewerkers. Iedere partner staat in nauw contact met een netwerk van partners die het project ondersteunen, de zogenaamde observerende partners:
