-We will undertake before/after and during measures of eating, physical activity and wellbeing for those engaging with the projects as appropriate for that project all projects will collect data on wellbeing, and explore through interviews and participant observation the process, outcomes and impacts of the projects. We will therefore be testing our projects in a limited way using repeated measures and qualitative data collection.
