|ProfiletextEn=Hans Dekker is a senior lecturer at the HZ Academy of Economics & Management. He is also the author and editor of several books in the field of sales. Besides his expertise in the field of Sales, he has a great fondness for research methodology and philosophy in general and Business Intelligence & Analytics in particular. In 2016, Hans received his PhD from the School of Management at Bradford University in the field of personal selling. He also obtained a Master of Science Business Administration at Nyenrode Business University and is a proud alumnus of the Commercial Economics course at HZ. Before he started at the HZ in 2000, he was active in the sale of copiers and printers. At the HZ, he managed the economic courses and was Marketing Manager of the HZ. In addition to putting the Business Intelligence & Analytics specialisation on the map within the Knowledge Centre for Business and Innovation, he focuses on Sales Analytics. He also works for the Centre of Expertise Biobased Economy.
