Acceptability
We will look at how the intended individual recipients—both targeted individuals and those involved in implementing programs —react to the intervention (participant observation at initial project meetings and qualitative interview`s with participants and project staff)
Demand
Demand for the project will be assessed by documenting the use (numbers of attendees) of project activities/resources in the defined population and setting.
Implementation/Practicality/Organisational/Financial Feasibility
We will explore whether the projects can be fully implemented as planned and proposed in relation to resources (including people)
Time commitment (interviews with project staff and participants economic analysis).
Adaptation
We will capture the actual modifications to the project that are made to accommodate the context and requirements of a different format, media, or population (interviews with project staff and participants).
Integration
Does this project work within the current local setting/structures? We will attempt to assess the level of change needed to integrate the new project into existing infrastructure or programs (focus groups with project staff).
Expansion
We will examine the potential success of an already-successful project with a different population or in a different setting (in relation to at least one of the projects ?Norfolk).
Limited-efficacy testing
We will undertake before/after and during measures of eating, physical activity and wellbeing for those engaging with the projects as appropriate for that project all projects will collect data on wellbeing, and explore through interviews and participant observation the process, outcomes and impacts of the projects. We will therefore be testing our projects in a limited way using repeated measures and qualitative data collection.
