  • What to explicate / identify: Worldviews, boundary judgements, blind spots: assumptions, beliefs, needs, expectations, values, interests, interpretations, observations, motives, (opposing) perspectives, allergies, intentions
  • Solutions / approaches: Systems thinking, joint learning, explication, connection, co-creation, nature: participation (‘for you and with/by you’), postponing judgements, forming a coalition of the willing, community of learners, Dialoog en verbinden (Door middel van dialoog en wederzijds begrip over perspectieven van stakeholders (grensoordelen, d.w.z. aannames, overtuigingen, voorwaarden).)
  • What is helpful: an ambiance of safety, trust. Attitude: constructive, curiosity, openness, courage, respect, transparency, leadership, flexibility, enduring discomfort, allowing “no” as an answer. Continuously reflect “What to us (stakeholders) are the right and meaningful things to do?”
  • Results: Overview of different worldviews and what is at stake, mutual understanding, trust, room for movement. Being heard, recognition, eye-openers, clarity, connectedness >> An ongoing joint process
